I understand that all conversations that take place and all subsequent consultations are informative only and are not intended to replace conventional medical treatment or therapy of any kind.

I understand that the consultations are not intended to provide or substitute medical or health care. It is not a medical evaluation, diagnosis, prescription, treatment or prognosis (medical care) or a substitute for medical care or other health care.

I agree with the self-training and self-development techniques offered and have a responsibility to warn the practitioner if I feel uncomfortable with any part of the process.

I certify that I am at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if I am younger, have a healthy mind and do not have any diagnosed mental illnesses of any kind.

The consultation in the practice can be paid there and then by bank transfer or cash payment. For a telephone consultation, I ask for payment in advance. Once you have paid for a consultation, your appointment is final.

If you cancel your appointment at the practice within 24 hours, I will charge for the consultation. I will send you an invoice for this no later than 1 week after the appointment.

Should you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or if you cannot be reached by telephone or via Zoom at the agreed time and date, the payment will not be refunded, with the exception of a verifiable medical necessity. Of course you are free to make another appointment.

All amounts include VAT.
